We worked with 6 seniors from Lions Befrienders in October 2018 and held befriending sessions with each and every one of them.

We worked with 1 senior from En Community Services Society (ECSS) and organised a plough back event with 35 seniors with ECSS on the 10th of January 2019.

& PACKAGING

EACH BAG RETAILS FOR $15.90

We spent 3 weeks ideating, designing and producing our tote bags, and every bag is hand-packed by our team from the wrapping to the package design of our final product.

We launched our products on our website as well as on our Instagram and Facebook pages, where we held campaigns such as the Christmas Giveaway.  

To order our products, we used a Google Form link for our customers.

We held our first booth outside Makan Place which featured exclusive discounts for students in Ngee Ann, and gained traction from students from different faculties.

We had an exclusive staff booth during the one of the HMS staff meeting days and managed to gain support from the staff.

We held a booth for the New Year Countdown organised by 8ightomarket, which also allowed us to find new collaboration opportunities with partners such as SeedzStudio. We will be having a pop-up booth with their organisation from 16-17 February 2019 at Singapore EXPO.

With 50% of our profits together with funding support from The Sandbox, we organised an afternoon of nostalgic games and food to give back to our lovely seniors. 

We purchased 80 ang ku kuehs of different flavours and specially prepared 40 goodie bags for all the seniors in attendance for the event. 

 

The response from them was overwhelming and everybody had a great time connecting with one another through the kampong spirit
