  • How do I order?
    To order, go to our Google Form [http://bit.ly/GudOlDaysOrderForm] and fill up the order form. Orders will only be confirmed after payment and a confirmation number will be sent to you via email. Reach us at gudoldays.sg@gmail.com for bulk orders!
  • What is the size and material of your tote bag?
    It is 38cm (Width) by 42cm (Height) and made of good ol' classic, high quality, cotton!
  • What are the Terms and Conditions?
    Ordering 1. Online orders will be made through Google Forms. 2. Orders will only be confirmed after payment. A confirmation number will be sent to you via email. 3. We are currently only able to accept orders in Singapore. 4. Orders are subjected to availability of products based on its quantity. 5. Reach us at gudoldays.sg@gmail.com for bulk orders. 6. We have the right to reject any order. Payment 1. Other than payment mode such as cash on delivery, we accept payments through PayNow, PayLah, ATM and internet banking transfer to our POSB Savings Account. 2. For pre-orders, full payment upfront is required before order is deemed as confirmed. 3. For bulk orders, cash on delivery would be highly preferred. 4. Each payment will come with a confirmation number through email, this is to be shown upon delivery/meetup. Delivery / Collection 1. Delivery for bulk order is at a flat rate of $25 to anywhere in Singapore except Sentosa and Jurong Island. 2. Otherwise, self-collection is available at Clementi MRT and Ngee Ann Polytechnic and will be according to arranged time slots. 3. Present Confirmation Number in Email during the self collection. 4. Please reach within the time frame allocated for pickup collection. If you are unable to collect your purchase at the given time slot, please do inform us at +65 8332 5981, 2 hours prior to the meeting so we can make necessary adjustment. Additional fees will be incurred to last minute cancellation of meet ups. 5. Do check on items upon receiving. Once the item has been delivered, we will not bear any responsibility to damaged goods. 6. Should there be any damage or fault in the product, do inform us immediately on the spot. Not doing so will be deemed as acceptance of the defect. Refund Policy 1. You can return any regular priced item(s) within 14 calendar days from date of mailing/dispatch of parcel in exchange for store credit. 2. Sale items are not accepted for return. 3. Returned items must be in original condition and packaging, unwashed, unworn, unscented. 4. Items that do not fulfil any of these criteria would not be accepted. 5. All refunds will be done via store credit, no cash refunds would be made. 6. All items will be inspected on return. Items will be rejected without a valid reason (e.g. defected goods) 7. Returned items without a prior email to gudoldays.sg@gmail.com will not be accepted.
